NOLA 5150 - WIn

I won New Orleans 5150 Sunday,which was kind a surprise to me.  I didn't have a outstanding performance in anyone discipline - just above average in all three I guess.  The heat, humidity and wind probably helped me too.  I was concern that Chris Foster would produce a 31 minute 10k on teh run to take the win from me, but had room at the end to celebrate a little.
