St Anthony's

I finished 9th today at St Anthony's Triathlon, which is an acceptable result amongst a good field. I didn't swim as well as I'm capable of . I swam better last year relative to the field in worst conditions, so I was hoping to improve on that swim. However, I felt like I rode well and had an average run for me. I haven't seen any full official results, so I won't make any absolute commentary on my performance. I was surprised and happy for how well Cameron Dye and Andrew Starykowicz did. Cameron won and Andrew was 6th. Usually, I can run past them.

Anyway, this one is in the books. I need to rest up for Escape next week and kick the head cold I have.
